Description
A small navy blue straw hat with a flat crown and a brim edge which has been piped and has navy grosgrain ribbon. There is velvet piping around the crown and it is tied in a bow at the back. The navy net is draped around the brim. The crown and brim are lined with navy taffeta. The hat is held on the head by a circle of wire with two points covered with navy velvet.
