A cylindrical tin with a removable lid and wrapped in a yellow and black paper label. On the front, across the middle is a black band with yellow text which reads "Old English Butter Drops". Behind the band is a black outlined triangle with "Hudson" along the top. "Old English / Butter Drops / CADBURY FRY HUDSON Ltd. / DUNEDIN / 7 ozs. net" is printed on the back in black.
