An ear piercing device and glass bottle in a black case with purple lining. It has a paper label printed in red: "ETHYL CHLORIDE Net Weight 30 grammes LOCAL ANAESTHETIC FOR USE WITH SIMPLICITY EAR-PIERCER. Prepered (sic) by: BENGUE & CO LTD, Mount Pleasant, Alperton, Middlesex. MADE IN ENGLAND."
