Description
A New Zealand Army War Medal 1939-1945. It has in relief on one side the head of King George VI with the following wording around the edge GEORGIVS VI : G BR : OMN : REX ET INDIAE IMP: The opposite side has a lion standing on the top of a birdlike creature with 1939 1945 above the lion. The medal is silver, the ribbon striped red white and blue.
