Description
A balck velvet cocktail hat with black beads in a flower pattern across th front and a black velvet bow measuring 260mm across, hand sewn onto the back. The beads on the front are all different types. Some are sewn and others are glued onto a canvas-like material, which is falling apart. There is a grosgrain ribbon, which has a star sewn onto it. The head section is in four parts, two have been mended by hand. It has a black diamond top hat pin.
