Description
A hat made of black felt in "HALO" style, with a turned up brim. There are two black Petersham rossettes with ribbons attached to the brim on the back of the hat. Inside the hat there is a black Petersham ribbon headband. This hat was purchased from a shop in Spring Street, Tauranga, around 1948.
