Description
A child's petticoat made of white cotton. Sleeveless with drawstring around neck and waist with tape facing and ties. Lace hand sewn around neck; inside seam finishing and back seam are also hand sewn. Long gathered skirt with three 1.2mm tucks running horizontally around lower skirt; these and the hem are machine sewn.
