Description
Handpainted rectangular flag of cream coloured canvas. Two diagonally crossing red lines divide the area into quarters; the top has navy blue letter T, centre left has H, centre right has B. The red lines intersect in the centre where there is a shield surounted by a crown; upper quarters of shield has black anchor on white ground. Beneath is blue ground wtih golden cornucopia (horn of plenty). Beneath is a golden scrolled ribbon with blurred, illegible letters. Metal ring top left corner.
