Description
A short-sleeved dress with sweetheart neckline. The dress has a deep graduated flounce around the skirt forming a hem, and finished with a self bow. The centre back bodice has a zip. The belt is lined with black plastic and matching covered buckle. The fabric has a blue background with blue, aqua and yellow roses/black leaves.
