A sampler embroidered with green and brown silk thread on course linen. Embroidered numbers 1 to 20. Alphabet in capitals and a rhyme at bottom "When all thy mercies O my God My rising soul surveys, Transported with the view I'm lost in wonder, love and praise." Sewn at bottom "Eliza Laskey's Sampler, Oct 5".
