Description
A cylindrical clear glass pharmaceutical ointment jar with a metal screw-top lid. The jar is wrapped in an off-white/brown paper label with red printing which reads "HENDERSON'S / CEPTINE SALVE / ... / ANTISEPTIC, SOOTHING, HEALING / ... / Henderson's Pharmacy Ltd. / 37 THE SQUARE, Palmerston North". The ailments for which the salve can be used on are listed on the back and include: Eczema; burns; chilblains; piles; ringworm; bites; pimples; and dandruff.
