Description
A dark blue ledger numbered 849, with light brown suede leather binding on corners and spine. On top spine a red leather patch with gold lettering: "LEDGER / BALANCE". Inner cover with blue, red and yellow marbled pattern design continued around page edges. On inside front cover a manufactures label printed in red: "H.I. JONES & SONS, Ltd., / VICTORIA AVENUE, WANGANUI". Pages are printed in blue and pink lines. Numbers stamped on top left and right of page corners. Pages stamped 1-21 record entries dated from March 1905 - April 1907. Pages stamped 99-101 record: "Bad & Doubtful Accounts". Cover has watermarking design.
