Description
A green painted metal sickle bar knife grinder. On the front, a wooden handle connects to a curved arm which is bolted to a large cog at the top. This cog is interlinked with two other cogs -one beneath, the other to the proper left side. On the opposite side o the handle is the drum shaped grinder - wider at middle than ends. The grinder is attached at both ends to a section that moves independently of body. The main body has a C shaped section at reverse base for connection to mower. Embossed on top above grinder "INTERNATIONAL / CHICAGO U.S.A"
