Description
A wooden reel of salmon pink thread. There is a round white paper label on the top surface which reads " "J. DEWHURST & SONS LD. / SYLKO / FAST DYE / ... 100 YARDS / 91.4 METRES / D.264 / DUTCH BLUE". Attached to the opposite surface is a red, blue, white and gold label on the top surface which reads "DEWHURSTS / ..KO / THREE SHELLS / SILK SUBSTITUTE / MACHINE 40 TWIST". The solour of the thread does not match the shade described.
