Description
An ovate-shaped money cowrie shell (Monetaria moneta) which is bulbous with a flat underside. On the bottom through the middle is a long narrow mouth which extends along the length of the shell and is ribbed on both sides. The shell is predominantly white in colour with pale brown and yellow on top.
