Description
A child's petticoat made out of cream cotton fabric. The petticoat is sleeveless and has a skirt that is gathered onto the bodice. There is a drawstring around the neck. Above the hem there is six pintucks and an insertion of net embroidery. The hem has a scalloped edge.
