A black rectangular glass plate holder of pressed steel construction. A panel sits inside a sleeve. The panel is slightly taller than the sleeve. Etched into indentation on back is "MADE IN ENGLAND / BY / THE HOUGHTON-BUTCHER MFG.CO.LTD / LONDON".
