Description
A "'Saxon' Cash Receipt Book" for the "Mt Maunganui Townswomen's Guild". Cardboard covered with pale blue 'marble' effect. On purchase receipt book contained "320 Receipts". Inside front cover handwritten list of reasons for writing receipts and where the monies should be banked. The cost of rule books 10 cents and badges 50 cents. First receipt made out to "Mrs Duffy" on "29 May 1967" for 4 & 6 for badge, signed by "G W Wratten Hon Treas". Last receipt made out on "August 3rd 1970", for "Sales table, forty cents only, signed C. M. Munro". A number of pink reciepts have not been ripped out.
