Description
The Art Bible with maroon cover and gold embossing. Pages are edged with gold gilt. Inside cover is black. Handwritten in black ink on first page 'Presented to Bessie Thompson as a prize for Home Scripture Lessons by Coleman Phillips, Kaitaia School, June 10th 1898. The title page reads 'The Art Bible, comprising the old and new testaments with numerous illustrations. The list of illustrations is followed by a family register.
