Description
A bible with a black leather cover that has had varnished wood cover fixed to the front and back. The front has been carved and engraved with 'Jerusalem'. Leather spine has 'new testament' embossed in gold at top. Pages are edged with gold gilt. Inside cover is yellow and has 'A. J. Luke, 2.10.11' handwritten top proper left. Title page reads 'The new Testament of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Translated out of original Greek...BFBS."
