Description
A black leather cover with gold embossing on the spine and 'Prayer' at the top. Inside front cover reads "To my dear sister Mary Elizabeth McCLoud from her thankful brother J C Bugon, April 1854". Title page reads "The books of Common Prayer and administration of the sacraments, according to the use of the United Church of England and Ireland, with explanatory notes by a member of the Church of England". Opposite is a print of "The Good Samaritan". Pages are edged with gold gilt.
