Black and white photograph lantern slide of open rail carts on rails being loaded by two men with cut flax. Image surrounded by red paper mount with pencil label along base ' 1346 - Hauling flax to mill' and 'N.Z.Government Publicity Department' printed along top of slide. Unmarked rosette shaped labels on each upper corner.
