Description
A mounted print on cream card showing a portrait of Kenneth Alfred Hooton (13/2010) in dress uniform. Stamp bottom proper right corner "Photograph W.H. Bartlett, Auckland NZ". Hooton embarked September 1915 from Wellington, New Zealand to Suez, Egypt. He served in Gallipoli and was seriously wounded by shrapnel and shell shocked. Hooton was discharged medically unfit in 1917.
