Description
An unmounted print showing a rail tractor composed of Fordson tractor on four bogey wheels in front of a wooden high cab on four larger bogey wheels. The tractor is on a rail track. Driver's seat in usual place behind tractor and wooden seat lengthwise in cab. Tongue and groove sides to cab. Handwritten on reverse "Fordson rail tractor built about 1924. Last used by Smythe Bros & Boryer Ltd, Ngaroma 1956". Oval stamp on reverse "A. & G. Price Thames - engineers, boiler makes, iron & brass founders etc."
