Description
A sepia cartes-de-visite portrait of a man with a grey beard, seated. Coat and waistcoat match and trousers are striped. Printed on reverse "William Short, Artist and Photographer, 180 Smith St, Collingwood. Negative kept. Copies can always be obtained. This or any other portrait enlarged up to Life Size and Painted in Oil or Water color to order". Handwritten in pencil "Cousin James Watson".
