An unmounted large format print showing a view south east from the end of Fifth Avenue across land now Memorial Park. Several houses are visible on the rise at end of Fraser Street with Welcome Bay hills in background. Rough ground with grass, small trees and log in foreground. On reverse in green ink "Memorial Park from E. end of Fifth Avenue 1945".
