Postcard showing The Strand, Tauranga. Photograph taken looking north towards the Monmouth Redoubt. Written on reverse "Dear Alice, Tuppy got your letter yesterday. I was going to write to you last night but forgot. Will write by Friday’s mail. York and Bobs arrived last Tuesday and Mrs P. Jordan came yesterday. Mr Jordan has a cold. Tuppy is going to take your autograph book over for Mrs Jordon. I must close now as it is time for school. Ethel G."
