A mounted sepia print showing a large villa on a hill top on farm with trees in paddocks. On brown card mount some damage to edges. Handwritten o reverse 'The William Gadsby house and farm which had its own cheese factory at Te Kuiti, King Country, NZ. approx 1920.'
