Description
An unmounted black and white image of Mauao, Mount Maunganui, taken from Hairini. A large expanse of water with Te Papa peninsular in the vicinity of Fifteenth Avenue on left, silhouetted in centre of image is Mauao and land around Matapihi background. Motuopuhi Island (Rat Is.) near centre. Handwritten on reverse in 'Chas Kingston. Mt Maunganui taken from Hairini.'
