Description
A white cotton child's petticoat. The petticoat is sleeveless and has a skirt that gathers onto the bodice. It has ties at the waist and a drawstring around the neck. There are four pintucks plus two pintucks around the hem as well as a scalloped embroidered edge. There is one material covered button at the back opening.
