When wrecked off Port Molyneux Capt Carlson and crew were saved by a fishing vessel. Was on her first trip to bring out timber from the mill at Tautuku (Southland Times 5 Aug 1904). Considerable damage - large holes and ribs stove in (Otago Witness 7 Sep 1904).
