Description
Postcard showing a view of The Strand, Tauranga, from the water. A trading scow is berthed at the Town Wharf. Printing on front reads "The Strand. Tauranga. M & McM Photo No." Handwriting on reverse reads "My word this war is terrible, isn't it. Are you having any fun down that way. It is as slow as snails down this way. Dear Ida, I am in an awful hurry will you excuse short letter, longer one next time. Must close now with best love and kisses. Ever your loving friend Mary also Winnie and Millie."
