Description
A scrapbook style album with a brown cardboard cover. Twenty-five heavy cardboard pages contain 163 photographs that have been glued onto the card. Printed on cover "Aeroplanes of 1917, The Jubilee of the R.A.F. The photographs of aeroplanes of 25 years ago". Photographs are of airplanes but also many images of men in uniform and a few of leisure time activities.
This album belonged to Frank B. Whitaker. Whitaker was born in Dublin and moved to Bristol as a young child. Came to NZ in 1965.
