Description
Postcard showing a view of an event on The Strand, Tauranga. Crowds of people, a ferris wheel and a welcome sign over the railway line is visible. Handwritten on reverse "To wish Mrs Fritch...a happy birthday for 1928. Marjorie Rendell". Majorie Rendell was the daughter of the photographer Robert Rendell and worked in the family's photography business. This photograph was identified by Alf Rendell as having been taken by his father.
