The introduction of this cookbook states that the book has been compiled to provide their thousands of women customers with useful kitchen information. The cookbook has 68 pages with 55 pages of step by step instructions and everyday recipes. Pages 56 and 62 detail the history and information about the dry cleaning industry. Page 67 details how to cook different meats and Page 68 records measures and their equivalents. There are four black and white photographed pages showing the premise and its operations. This is a 2nd edition that was printed with the compliments of the New Zealand Dry Cleaning Co. Ltd.
