Description
This cookbook is specifically designed to use with the AGA Cooker, referred as a solid fuel burning stove utilising principles of heat storage. The recipes are printed in standard form and indexed at the back of the book along with a table of useful measures. Each chapter heading has a line drawing related to the contents, and pages 11, 12, 13 contain black and white illustrations showing functions of various ovens. The introduction includes a black and white illustration of how a person would use the stove. Page 14 describes how to 'Tammy' with an explanation on seasoning.
