Description
A small booklet featuring recipes using Davis Gelatine. The contents in the back of a the booklet list salads and meat dishes, desserts, party sweets, frozen desserts, cakes, fillings and frostings. The booklet provides a short company history and a section on 'Let's Understand Gelatine'. The centrefold shows a black and white photograph titled 'One of the Homes of Davis Gelatine'. The booklet has 12 half page colour plates to assist the housewife/cook/chef. There has been eight editions from 1922 through to 1932 available in all or some of the following countries - New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Canada.
