A small recipe book featuring an introductory section on 'How to Use' Davis Gelatine products for best results. The centrefold is an aerial view of the Davis' Woolstrom Christchurch factory site. There are recipes interspersed throughout the dessert section of special appeal to children. The back page has a section on household hints for using Davis Gelatine. The introductory page states the booklet has been printed in five different languages and is available in English, French, German, Afrikaans and Portuguese. The book editions 1 - 9 are dated from 1922 through to 1949.
