Description
Steven's 'Cathedral' Branded Products. The cookbook includes culinary essences, olive oil, egg preservative, remedies for minor ailments,and fruit cordials. There is a black and white photograph of the author, Miss Muriel Trent, and in the foreward note she extolls the use of locally made products - Stevens in particular. The contents list cakes, confectionery, ice cream, puddings both hot and cold (pages 23 -40 & 42). Pages 43 -45 provides the reader with medical advice for home treatment of minor copmplaints. The book is in back and white print including the recipe illustrations and product advertisements. Interspersed throughout the book are advertisements for additional H R Stevens products.
