Description
A dark navy blue woollen serge cape with brass hook and eye fastener at neck. Lined with cream silk. One large inner pocket. Four buttons with portcullis symbol on the front and 'Firmin & Sons, London, Conduit Street' on the back. A branch of Firmin & Sons, button makers, operated at Conduit Street, London, from 1838 to 1879.
