Description
Dark green pounamu mere.Three cut ridges around circumference of the handle. Drilled hole on hand grip with green plaited synthetic fibre threaded through.
Included are the fixtures from original presentation box. The mere was presented to the Union Rotoiti Steamship by the City of Tauranga in 1977. Returned to the city by Captain Wilson in 2012.
