Unmounted print showing a view of The Strand, Tauranga. Handwritten in pencil on reverse, "Tauranga from top of the Redoubt. You can see the line of palms where the reclamation is. The new railway wharf is near the redoubt. The nearest road leading to it. The railway bridge at the other end. Can you see Mount Misery? April 23rd 1930 by Gordon Coplestone".
