Description
A black and white print showing four men standing in front of corrugated iron building, adjacent to an entrance into bush-clad hillside and tram/rail tracks in foreground. Handwritten ink on reverse, 'Waitekauri. The Horn Level - the main level from which the ore was sent down by aerial to the Waitekauri Battery between 1907 and 1912." Timber and other waste lies in piles on both sides of tramline. The print is mounted on cream cardboard.
