Description
A small guillotine for cutting paper with a black metal rectangular block base and six feet. The blade is attached by a metal strap and is serrated to cut decorative tags while the handle is red painted wood. A red metal ruler marked in 1/8 inch increments to 2 1/2 inches is attached across the top of the block.
