Description
A guillotine for cutting paper with a square wooden block base. The steel blade is attached by a coil spring mechanism and has a wooden handle. The blade slices against a steel edge held by three screws to the wood block. A ruler marked in 1/16 inch increments to 7 inches lies across the top of the block.
