Description
A hard cover book with green buckram and tan suede spine with red patch embossed with gold/black writing 'Minute Book'. Each corner is covered in a tan suede triangle. Numbered pages are lined and have the minutes of Charles Hartley Ltd. glued on to them. Minutes run from March 1954 to 1988. 28 loose pages were tucked into the book. (These are now separate but stored with the book and are parts). Included is a list of all assets.
