Description
A silver metal, possibly chromed, telephoto lens made by John Mowlem for cinematographer Norman Blackie. Cylindrical in shape tapering at end that attaches to camera. Central section twists to open and close the shutter. F-stop numbers appear on this section. Numbers also appear at the tapered end which twists lowering approximately 5mm. Owned and used by Norman Blackie to film many of his historic films. Norman was a member of the Tauranga Movie Club.
