Half plate glass negative showing a view of Oceanside Hotel, Mount Maunganui. A row of pohutukawa trees are visible along the front of the hotel. There is a small building to the left of the hotel, which is also part of the hotel. Mauao can be seen in the background. Writing on image reads "Hotel Oceanside Mt Maunganui Rendell 3".
