Description
A black and white postcard titled "Thermal Activity, Wairakei, NZ". The image shows a view of rocks in the foreground with clouds of steam rising around them. The postcard has blank back except for a stamp which reads "Scenic New Zealand, N.S. Seaward's Studio, Broad Bay, Dunedin".
The message on the back reads "Dear Ted, I haven't been here yet so I don't no much about it but I have something else to tell you. Yesterday we climbed Mt Tauhara and I'm sure you would have loved to be there. It is very steep and higher than the mount. love Barbara".
