Description
A colour slide showing a view up Devonport Road, Tauranga. In the foreground is the town clock which was in the middle of the Triangle – the area where Devonport Road, Spring Street and The Strand met. The clock was installed in 1964 and had amplified chiming equipment. Recorded by the photographer as ‘Devonport Road shopping area’.
